Facebook Introduces Instant Replies

Facebook introduces Instant Replies for business pages.  This is a fantastic new way for businesses to send immediate automatic responses/messages to customers when contacted via their Facebook page.

If you don’t use your Facebook often, this can be a great way to encourage customers to contact you via your website or a specific email address.  

The response can be set to send immediately or within a set time to the customer.

You can also create a customised reply to send customers.
