What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a business owner providing support services to fellow businesses in various areas such as administration, social media, graphics, newsletters, online content management, project management, and more.   Virtual Assistants vary in the services they offer to businesses.

How does a Virtual Assistant work?

Virtual Assistants work remotely, majority work from their homes, for clients across the world.  Through the wonders of technology, such as internet and computers a business owners can have the full support as if the VA is sitting in their office.

How can a Virtual Assistant benefit my business?

Virtual Assistant can take on many tasks allowing a business owner the benefits of being able to focus on other business projects, deadlines or goals.  Some such tasks are;

Social media is a great tool for businesses in connecting with their customers, this is in addition to using a newsletter format.  The most common mistake made by business owners is signing themselves up to all social media platforms.  You are best to use those platforms you love and that your target audience is most likely to ‘hang out’ on.   I can help you create strategies, content and schedule your business messages for you.

Blogs are an important part of my business, but I don’t have time to write them.

I do assist businesses in ghost writing blogs (along with sales promotions), this include researching the topic, writing the content, incorporating call to actions and any necessary key products or message relevant to your business.
