MailChimp – How to copy or merge your lists

Do you have multiple lists in MailChimp with various recipients/subscribers and you want them all on the one list. You can copy or merge these lists so you have your database on one list.

Instructions

Click on LISTS in the menu.

Click on your subscriber list you want to copy across.

Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIBERS

Click on VIEW SUBSCRIBERS

Click the (down arrow) to view dropdown menu, and choose SELECT ALL

4An extra menu will appear with Export, Actions, Delete. Select ACTIONS, and a dropdown menu will appear.

Select MOVE TO LIST (if you don’t want to keep the original listing), otherwise I recommend using COPY TO LIST and choose your list you want to copy recipients too.

You can do this for all your lists you want to merge into one list.
